Five checks turn a finished Canva layout into a predictable 12×12 printable file.

Check the document dimensions before exporting. A square preview alone does not prove the print size.

Check source pixels

For 300 ppi output, a full 12×12 raster paper is normally 3600×3600 pixels.

Inspect at full size

Zoom in on text, faces and fine lines. Do not judge sharpness only from a reduced Canva preview.

Choose the print format

Use PDF Print for page-based output; choose JPG or PNG when the printer workflow requires an image.

Save the proof settings

Record paper, feed, media type and scaling after the first successful test.
