Gothic or Sweet Spooky? Choose a Halloween Scrapbook Mood

Quick answer: Choose Sweet Spooky for friendly costume and party memories, or Gothic Botanical for a darker journal, reading night or vintage autumn page.

Why this idea is worth preparing early

The most useful Halloween collection is the one that matches the memory. A child’s costume, a bowl of candy and a family party want a different visual language from a quiet evening with a book, dried leaves and a handwritten note.

Try this project

Compare Sweet Spooky Halloween with Gothic Botanical Halloween on two test pages. Keep the collection that makes the photo or story easiest to read.

Three practical choices

• Print a small color test before committing to a dark or pastel palette.
• Keep one mood dominant when combining papers.
• Use a plain mat behind faces and handwritten captions.

Keep the page useful

Print one small test before committing to a full batch. Check the paper size, print preview, writing space and the way dark or pale colors behave on your printer. Keep the original download unchanged and work from a copy. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, ink, paper and print settings.

Need a quick size check? Use the 300 DPI pixel calculator before exporting or printing, then compare the result with your printer’s paper settings.
