Editorial & Corrections Policy
Effective date: July 28, 2026. This policy explains how ScrapBujo prepares, reviews, updates, and corrects educational and commercial content.
Purpose and responsibility
ScrapBujo publishes practical information about digital scrapbook paper, printable dimensions, file handling, journaling, paper crafts, free samples, and collections sold through the official ScrapBujo Etsy shop. A named ScrapBujo author is responsible for each editorial article. The author and publisher shown on the page identify who is accountable for its content.
Sources and changing information
Technical claims should use primary sources whenever practical, including printer manufacturers, software documentation, Etsy Help, or another service that controls the feature being described. Prices, promotions, availability, taxes, platform procedures, and product contents can change. Etsy remains the authority for the current price, currency, checkout terms, and purchased files. Pages dealing with changeable information should state when the information was checked.
First-hand tests and photographs
ScrapBujo only describes a process as “tested,” “printed,” or “measured” when the test was actually performed. A documented test should identify the relevant file, equipment, material, settings, date, and limitations. Illustrations, collection previews, and conceptual examples must not be presented as photographs of a real test or completed customer project.
Product information and commercial disclosure
ScrapBujo.com is operated by the creator of the ScrapBujo Etsy shop. Pages may link to ScrapBujo products and may show coupons or related collections. These links are commercial links to our own shop and are marked appropriately. Product specifications should be checked against the corresponding listing; the Etsy listing and included files take priority if a website summary differs.
Software, automation, and AI-assisted production
ScrapBujo may use software, automation, or AI-assisted tools to help organize drafts, develop initial concepts, process catalog information, or support visual production. These tools do not replace publisher responsibility. New and materially updated content is reviewed for relevance, obvious factual errors, links, disclosures, and consistency with the corresponding product information before publication. Seller-prompted AI creations are disclosed in Etsy descriptions when Etsy’s rules require that disclosure.
Reviews, customer projects, and permissions
Short review excerpts may be used only when they come from public feedback associated with ScrapBujo and are represented accurately. Customer photographs, projects, private messages, or identifying details are not republished without permission. Honest criticism is not removed merely because it is negative; comments and reviews may be moderated for spam, threats, unlawful content, or personal information.
Corrections and updates
To report a possible error, use the contact page and include the page URL, the statement in question, and any supporting source. Order-specific or listing-specific issues should be sent through the official Etsy shop so the order context remains attached.
Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a public note. A material correction should update the page’s modified date and, when useful to readers, include a short correction or clarification note. ScrapBujo does not promise that every older article reflects the newest platform interface, price, or product availability; dates and linked primary sources help readers verify changeable details.
Editorial independence and scope
ScrapBujo recommends its own collections where they are relevant, but commercial placement does not justify an unsupported technical or trend claim. The site does not publish professional legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. Guidance about printing services, equipment, preservation, licensing, or regional requirements should be treated as practical information and independently confirmed when the decision carries significant cost or risk.
