ScrapBujo Weekly Printable Giveaway Official Rules
Effective date: August 29, 2026. Rules version 2026-09-v4.
No purchase is necessary. A purchase, payment, Etsy visit, social follow, favorite, like, comment, subscription or marketing consent will not improve the odds of receiving a complete collection.
1. Sponsor
The sponsor is ScrapBujo, operated by Juan A. in Ourense, Spain (the Sponsor). Questions may be sent to [email protected] or through the ScrapBujo contact page. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Etsy, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google or Pinterest.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open worldwide where permitted by local law to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where they live. No country or province is requested at entry. Employees, contractors and household members of the Sponsor are not eligible. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
3. Campaign periods

Apple Orchard Letters contains nine independent daily rounds; each later campaign contains seven. Each round opens at 12:00 a.m. and closes at 12:00 a.m. the following day, Eastern Time. The Sponsor’s server clock controls.
4. How to enter
During an open campaign, submit a valid email address, attest that you meet the age and local-law requirements, accept these rules and the privacy notice, and confirm the verification email before the daily round closes. Limit one confirmed entry per person per daily round and one participation gift per person per campaign. Optional marketing consent is separate, can be withdrawn at any time and is never required.
5. Guaranteed participation gift
Every eligible participant who completes email verification receives one digital mini pack containing six selected papers or assets from that campaign. The protected link expires after 72 hours and allows two download attempts. This participation gift is not selected by chance.
6. Daily complete-collection prize
Each daily round offers up to one digital complete collection. The campaign page states the included files and format; the delivery may be a protected PDF or ZIP. Across the series there are 30 daily rounds and therefore up to 30 complete-collection prizes, but a complete prize is not guaranteed in any round.
7. Selection method and odds
After a round closes, the automatic system creates a sorted list of N confirmed eligible entries and adds exactly 30 disclosed non-award positions. It selects one index with a cryptographically secure random-number function. If the index points to a confirmed entry, that entry is the potential winning entry. If it points to a non-award position, no complete collection is awarded for that round. There is no hidden participant, house account, redraw or rollover.
For a round with N confirmed eligible entries, each participant’s odds are 1 divided by (N + 30). The chance that somebody receives the complete collection is N divided by (N + 30). Odds depend on the number of confirmed eligible entries. The system records aggregate draw evidence.
8. Notification and claim
The selected participant receives a transactional email and must use the same email and private campaign code in the result checker within 48 hours of the draw. Every potential winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before the complete collection is awarded. If the claim window expires, the skill question is failed or the rules are violated, the complete prize is not awarded and there is no substitute winner.
9. Delivery and license
Prizes are digital and delivered by protected PDF or ZIP link. No cash alternative, transfer or substitution is available except where required by law. The ScrapBujo personal-use license and site terms apply.
10. Technical conditions and conduct
The Sponsor may reject entries affected by bots, scripts, tampering, multiple identities, false eligibility information or attempts to interfere with the draw or download system. If a technical failure materially affects a round, the Sponsor may pause, extend or cancel the affected round and will post a clear notice. The Sponsor will not use simulated participants, inflated public counts or fabricated winners.
11. Privacy and email
Entry data is handled under the ScrapBujo Giveaway Privacy Notice and site Privacy Policy. Optional promotional consent is separate, revocable and never changes the odds. Participant names, emails and codes are not published or sold.
12. General terms
By entering, participants agree to these rules and the Sponsor’s reasonable administration decisions, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these rules excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
